SIGNAL

What the world tells you

It reads everything we know before it asks you anything.

The opposite of a forty-question brand brief. It works out what is already answered, then asks only about the gaps, and writes the answers back where the rest of the platform can use them.

What Brand AI Assistant is

The Brand AI Assistant is a conversation that fills the gaps in your brand profile. Before it asks anything it reads what the platform already holds: your website, your uploaded documents, your catalogue, your campaigns and any competitor work already done. Then it asks only about what is genuinely missing, across the areas that actually matter. What it learns is written straight back into your Brand DNA as coverage improves, so the conversation is not a transcript sitting in a folder, it is how the profile gets finished. It can also search the web mid-conversation when a question is really a research question.

The problem

The brand brief that comes back thin, or three weeks late.

Every agency and every platform starts the same way: a long questionnaire sent to a marketing lead who already has a job. It comes back partly filled, months after it was useful, written by whoever had the least on that week. Then the work starts anyway, on the assumption that the gaps do not matter. They do. Most of what makes a brand distinctive lives in the answers nobody had time to write down.

What you get

How the conversation works

No question script

It works out what is already known and asks only about the gaps, which is why it finishes instead of being abandoned like a forty-question brief.

Adaptive

Writes back automatically

Answers land in your brand profile where the rest of the platform can use them, rather than in a transcript nobody reads again.

Straight into the brand

Bring documents mid-conversation

Drop in a deck or a research file part way through and it reads them, rather than making you summarise on its behalf.

Any time

Researches when asked

It can go and look something up about your market rather than only asking you, which is the difference between an interview and an assistant.

On request

In practice

It already knows this much before it asks

What the platform could work out on its own, before any conversation Products and services 88% Business overview 74% Competitive landscape 61% Brand identity 43% Marketing and audience 29% Goals and challenges 8% Illustrative. The two lowest are what a person actually gets asked about.
The read-first step is what turns a forty-question brief into about eight questions, and the eight that remain are the ones only a person can answer.

What the conversation establishes is written back into your Brand DNA as coverage improves, so it lands where the rest of the platform reads from rather than in a transcript nobody opens again.

Coverage

What it covers

Area Why it matters
Who you areIdentity, story and what the brand stands for
What you sellProducts, services and the promises attached to them
Who buysAudience, segments and the language they use
Who you are againstThe competitive set and where you sit in it
Where you are goingObjectives, and the channels meant to get you there

It asks about the areas it cannot already work out, and stops asking once it can.

Where it connects

Where the answers go

  • Brand DNA receives everything, automatically, as coverage milestones are passed.
  • Audience Intelligence uses the audience answers to write personas that sound like your brand.
  • Content Studio inherits the voice and pillars the assistant established, without anyone re-entering them.
  • Competitor Radar starts from the competitors you named rather than a guess from your category.

Questions

Brand AI Assistant, answered

Is this just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers your questions. This one asks you questions, decides which ones are worth asking based on what it already knows, and writes the answers into your brand profile.

How long does a session take?

Most brands get to useful coverage in one sitting of about forty minutes. You can stop and come back; progress is saved per area.

Who should be in the room?

Whoever knows the brand best, which is often a founder rather than a marketer. It is not a technical exercise.

What if we disagree with something it wrote back?

Edit it. Everything it writes into Brand DNA is an editable field with an audit trail.

Does it work if we have almost no documentation?

That is the case it is designed for. With less to read it simply asks more, and the conversation carries more of the load.

Watch it read your brand before it asks a question.

We will point it at your website beforehand, so on the call you see what it already worked out and what it still wants to know.
