STUDIO
What you make and decide
Seven channels, one queue.
Plan a campaign, build its posts, schedule them, and publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest and WhatsApp without opening seven tabs.
What Campaigns is
Campaigns is where a plan becomes scheduled work. Each campaign holds its posts, its creative and its schedule, grouped by stage so you can see what is in planning, what is live, and what is finished. Publishing goes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest and WhatsApp from a single queue. Every scheduled item shows exactly when it will publish, in your timezone and in UTC, and each post publishes once even when the queue is busy.
The problem
The campaign lives in a spreadsheet and publishes from six places.
The plan is in a sheet, the creative is in a drive, the copy is in a doc, and publishing happens in whichever native tool each channel provides. Nothing knows about anything else. So the same campaign gets scheduled slightly differently on each platform, one channel gets forgotten, and afterwards nobody can reconstruct what actually went out when. Reporting on it becomes an archaeology exercise.
What you get
How a campaign runs
One scheduling queue
Plan a campaign, build its posts and schedule them across every channel from one place, instead of seven tabs and seven timings.
One place
Publish-time preview
What it will look like on each channel before it goes, because the same caption does not sit the same way everywhere.
Per channel
Posts tied to the campaign
Organic work belongs to the campaign it supports, so it appears in the same reporting as the paid spend rather than in a separate world.
Reported together
Publishes once
Every scheduled item shows its send time in your timezone and in UTC, and goes out exactly once even when the queue is busy.
By design
In practice
Seven channels, one queue
Each scheduled item publishes once, even when the queue is busy. A duplicate post on your page is visible to your customers and cannot be un-sent, which is why it is worth engineering for.

Where it connects
What it connects to
- Content Studio supplies the creative, whether you uploaded it or generated it.
- Audience Intelligence supplies the segment, so a campaign is aimed at a defined group rather than everyone.
- Time & Event Intelligence deep-links in with the date pre-filled when a campaign is built around a moment.
- Analytics reports against the campaign, which only works because posts are attached to it.

Questions
Campaigns, answered
Can we schedule to all seven channels at once?
Yes, from one queue, with per-channel copy adapted by your Brand DNA channel personalities.
What happens if a platform rejects a post?
The failure is recorded against that item with the reason returned by the platform, and the rest of the queue continues.
Can we approve before anything goes out?
Yes. Approval steps sit before publishing, and destructive or spending actions carry a confirmation.
Does it handle timezones properly?
That is exactly what the publish-time preview is for. Every date field shows the resolved instant in your timezone and in UTC, on a 24-hour clock.
Can we still post natively?
Of course. Anything posted natively simply will not be attached to the campaign for reporting.
