PROOF

What came back

Verified when you connect them, not weeks later.

Bring your data from wherever it lives. Direct connectors for the common sources, a supported file and warehouse route for everything else, and new integrations built where a brand needs one. Whatever the route, it is verified the moment you set it up.

What Data Connectors is

Data Connectors is how your own data reaches the platform, whether or not you sell online. Shopify for orders and products, Google Analytics 4 for site behaviour, BigQuery for whatever you already model in your warehouse, cloud storage and SFTP for scheduled file drops from systems without an API, direct CSV upload when that is fastest, and LiveRamp for identity and audience connectivity. Brands selling through stores, distributors or marketplaces generally arrive through the file routes rather than the storefront ones, and that path is supported first-class rather than as a fallback. Every connection is verified when you make it, with the credentials checked against the source rather than merely saved.

The problem

The integration that silently stopped working in March.

Connections fail quietly. A token expires, a permission changes, a schema shifts, and the sync stops. Nothing errors loudly because nothing is watching, and the dashboards keep rendering with data that stopped updating weeks ago. The failure is usually discovered by someone noticing a number looks stale, long after decisions have been made on it.

What you get

What you can connect

Shopify and Google Analytics 4

Direct connections for orders, products, revenue and site behaviour, authorised by you and verified at the moment you make them.

Live, verified

Your warehouse, or a scheduled file

A BigQuery table, cloud storage or SFTP for anything without an API, and direct upload when that is fastest. Supported first-class, not as a workaround.

Any platform

Identity and audience connectivity

LiveRamp for resolving identity and pushing audiences outward, where a data partnership already exists.

Where you need it

Checked when you connect it

Credentials tested against the source while you are still on the screen that caused the problem, not three weeks later as a gap in a chart.

What we do not do is claim connectors we have not built. If you need one of those today, a warehouse table or a scheduled file drop is the honest route, and we will say so on the call rather than after the contract.

What the data feeds

  • Audience Intelligence builds the segmentation from your order history.
  • Analytics joins campaign performance to revenue and site behaviour.
  • Brand DNA reads your product catalogue to understand what you actually sell.
  • Ads Manager pushes the resulting audiences out to the platforms.

Questions

Data Connectors, answered

What if our system is not on the list?

It is still supported. A warehouse table or a scheduled file drop takes data from any platform, and that route is first-class rather than a workaround. Where a direct connector makes more sense we will build one, so tell us what you are on and we will work out the right path.

How often does data sync?

On a schedule you set per connector. Most brands find daily is more than enough for segmentation.

What if a connection breaks later?

Connection state is visible, so a broken sync is something you can see rather than something you infer from a stale chart.

Do you need our production database?

No. Read-only access to the specific data needed, or a file drop, is enough.

Where is the data stored?

On Google Cloud. We are ISO 27001 certified, and the privacy policy sets out retention and handling.

Connect one source and see what changes.

Shopify or a CSV is usually enough to show the segmentation working on your own customers within the call.
